Hausmann 7.0 is an annual multidisciplinary New Media creation meeting organized by COCOA - USFQ. This year will include workshops, installations and audiovisual directives.
The guest artist in this edition is the Spanish Román Torre (www.romantorre.net) who will talk about the use of open source for creative purposes. Aimed at media artists, designers, musicians, programmers, architects, etc. and anyone interested in the use of tools and data in real time for possible creative use, the main idea is to introduce us to the use of the creative programming tool and open code called OpenFrameworks, through the reuse of astronomical data generated by the different space agencies.

Hausmann 7.0 es un encuentro anual multidisciplinar de creación New Media organizado por el COCOA - USFQ. Este año incluirá talleres, instalaciones y directos audiovisuales.
El artista invitado en esta edición es el Español Román Torre (www.romantorre.net) quien versará sobre la utilización de código abierto con fines creativos. Dirigido a artistas mediales, diseñadores, músicos, programadores, arquitectos, etc y toda aquella persona interesada en el uso de herramientas y datos en tiempo real para un posible uso creativo, la idea principal es introducirnos en el uso de la herramienta de programación creativa y código abierto llamada OpenFrameworks, a través de la reutilización de datos astronómicos generados por las distintas agencias espaciales.
